Facilitate Decision-Making: Structure complex topics, facilitate workshops, and create transparency around requirements, priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Ensure Implementation Quality: Stay close to engineering throughout implementation, clarify requirements, validate solutions, and ensure the delivered outcome meets the intended objectives.

Technical Project Experience: You have several years of experience working on complex software, IT transformation, or implementation projects.
Requirements & Scope Management: You are experienced in structuring complex requirements, defining scope, setting priorities, and translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Stakeholder Management: You are comfortable coordinating different interests and communicating effectively with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
Technical Understanding: You understand modern software development, IT architectures, APIs, integrations, and the dependencies within complex IT landscapes.
Delivery Ownership: You take responsibility for driving topics forward and ensuring successful outcomes from requirements through implementation.
